I
had filed a Complaint against the illegal dumping
of solid waste and garbage by Capital
Development Authority (CDA) in Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has
been doing this illegal, unlawful and indefensible act for many years in the area of Sector I/12 near Social Security Hospital
along I.J Principal.
Therefor the people of Islamabad Valley, Habib Colony, British Home, Westridge Valley and even at Westridge-III, Naseerabad, and Peshawar Mor have been suffering from mental torment, agony and pain.Now the matter is pending before the Environment Tribunal Islamabad. Copy of that Complaint is attached there.
