Complaint Against Unfit And Smoke Emitting Vehicles IN Environmental Protection Deparment

This is Mahmood Saleem, Advocate High Court. I have started a campaign for Green and Clean Lahore. Please be the part of this Campaign positively and actively. The Citizens of Lahore are suffering from menace of ever accumulative and frantic air pollution for countless years due to the sloppiness and slackness of Environment Department.

SUBJECT MENACE OF EVER ACCUMULATIVE AIR POLLUTION IN THE CITY DO TO UNFIT AND SMOKE EMITTING VEHICLES

Complaint Filed Against Stanley Pharmaceuticals Medicine Company

TO

Chief Executive,

Stanley Pharmaceuticals,84-B industrial estate Hayat Abad Peshawar.

Subject: Complaint Against Your Product

Respected Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention through this complaint on a very important issue relating to your Product/ Brophyl Cyrup that i had purchased your product/ Brophyl Syrup at the consideration amount of Rs.50 for my personal use on the direction of my Doctor on 04-11-2016.

That the cap of the Bottle of your product is really substandard and low quality and have not been assembled as per quality standard and when i opened the cap of Syrup/your product my finger seriously injured and i had to suffer swear pain due to injured finger for two days.

You have claimed to provide best services to the consumer while the cap of your product is really substandard and inferior qualify and has not been made as per quality standard.

I have a right to file a complaint against your company on your defective product but firstly you are requested through this complaint that the cap of your product may kindly be assembled as per quality standard within 30 days otherwise a complaint may be filed against your company on violation of mandatory provisions of The Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 for the recovery of Damages as well as to impose the heavy fine from Consumer Court on substandard, inferior and low quality cap of your Product.

In my early adulthood, I landed a job as a bartender, and trust me: at times, I felt like that of a counselor. I am told that I connect with people naturally for who they are, and I am a genuine caring person; which I believe, are fundamental qualities that defines a social worker. That, combined with my ambition to advocate and help others were deciding factors as I left a 17 year business career nearly 20 years ago to follow my true path and pursue a social work degree.
